FOUNDATIONS BOARDS

There are two boards stipulated in the foundation statutes:
a) The board of directors takes on decisions
b) The board of trustees plays an advisory role

BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

The board of directors is given suggestions by the board of trustees and decides upon these which of the applications should be funded.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The board of trustees advises the board of directors on the realization of the foundation’s goals; it submits proposals regarding potential scholarship holders and laureates, projects for research education and development aid in the area of renewable energies.
First of all the applications are submitted to the board of trustees for examination. After the examination the board of trustees presents a list with suggestions to the board of directors.
