„I accepted my position as board director so that I can continue working with others on the central focus of Lemoine's life. Through the foundation we want to enable technically and socially diligent people to research and develop the field of renewable energies; juts as I have first hand experienced with Lemoine's initiatives for the establishment of Solon, Q-Cells and at lastly for the Photovoltaik-Institut Berlin.

FOUNDATION BOARDS

There are two boards stipulated in the foundation statutes:
a) The board of directors takes on decisions
b) The board of trustees plays an advisory role

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors is given suggestions by the board of trustees and decides upon these which of the applications should be funded.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The board of trustees advises the board of directors on the realization of the foundation’s goals. It submits proposals regarding potential scholarship holders and laureates as well as projects for research, education, or development aid in the area of renewable energies.
