The committee members of the Reiner Lemoine Foundation work on an honorary basis. The executive board acts as a decision-making body and the board of trustees as an advisory body. RLS is formally represented by the Deutsche Stiftungsagentur and has been accompanied by Jörg Martin since its founding. In particular, Lutz Plöttner coordinates the scholarship program.
Fabian Zuber, as head of the EnergySystemWende platform, coordinates the Foundation's projects and public relations work.
Philipp Blechinger heads the Graduate School of the Reiner Lemoine Foundation.
